The EADP Commissioning Plan: Commissioing for Recovery 2012-15 was signed off by the City of Edinburgh Council Policy and Strategy Committee and the Edinburgh Community Health Partnership (CHP) Sub Committee in February 2012.

The plan sets out how the partnership will:

• ensure people receive the right service at the right time
• ensure people receive coordinated care
• ensure there are strong communities that support recovery.
